Behaviour & Rewards
At Stradbroke Primary Academy we believe that behaviour has a significant impact on a child's opportunity to learn; we want our pupils to experience a positive and happy learning experience so that they acheve their full potential.
Behaviour can have a positive and/or negative impact on a person’s wellbeing and we strive to ensure that unacceptable or inappropriate behaviour is dealt with consistently and fairly. Positive behaviour is praised, rewarded and celebrated both in school and with parents/carers. All members of staff are passionate about teaching our children the importance of positive behaviour and the consequences of their behaviour; not only in terms of their learning but also in terms becoming caring and supportive citizens.
