Roll up, roll up! Stradbroke Primary Academy pupils take part in fun-filled Circus and Street Arts workshop

This week, pupils from year 4, 5 & 6 had the opportunity to take part in an exciting creative workshop by Young Out There hosted at the East Norfolk Sixth Form College.

The workshop was part of a programme of inspirational performances, workshops and talks with festival artists around the world. Featured artists included Poppy Plowman (UK), Duo Vita (Colombia) and Ichi (Japan). The pupils enjoyed taking part in various circus activities such as: trampolining, juggling, type rope and the walking globe as well as musical activities. All children showed great resilience and had lots of fun!

Out There Arts are an independent arts development charity dedicated to delivering outstanding circus and street arts events. Their focus on Circus and Street Arts grows naturally from Great Yarmouth's rich performance heritage, providing an accessible medium to support their work.
